Excellent. We purchased about a month ago. We live about 10 miles southeast of town in the Chugach Mountain Foothills about 1000 feet above town. We have outside TV antenna about 30 years old. We DO NOT HAVE CABLE. We are pulling in alot of stations that we have never seen before, and reception is good. ON regular broadcast channel, Like NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox, they all come in great. On other channels like CW, ION, etc they come in good except when very windy out. Then signal get distortion, and can't be seen. This converter doesn't have "timer" that you can set to turn off after 2,or 4hours or just leave on. So, we have to just leave it on. Found out that it does have internal timer to turn off, about 4-5 hours. If you do not use converter for 4 hours or so, it will give you message on screen, that it will turn off automatically in 2 min unless you push any (ANY) BUTTON. Once you do, it will reset the timer again for another 4 hours. Timers on any converter will reset to whatever you have it set for each time you use it for either audio, or change channels etc. We are very happy with this one. Also push button on remote are very senative. You don't have to push button 2 (for channel 2) 3 or 4 times before it takes. It takes right away, also have push button up and down to go to next channel, like 2.1, or 32.1; 32.2 and you can remove any that you don't want.
